REVEREND ROBERT C. ROGERS, PH.D.
SENIOR PASTOR
Rev. Dr. Robert Rogers serves as the Senior Pastor of the Church of God in Christ For All Saints in Morristown, New Jersey, where he has served since July, 1995.
Pastor Rogers uses his pastoral and teaching gifts to equip the saints for the work of the ministry and edifying the Body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-12). He is committed to the church fulfilling its purpose, mission, and calling as the Body of Christ, the salt of the earth, the light to the world, a royal priesthood, ambassadors for Christ, and ministers of reconciliation. He firmly believes that the Church’s mission is to continue the ministry of Jesus Christ in the world today.
Pastor Rogers makes ministry to the children, youth, and young adults one of his highest priorities because they are the Church of today. He is committed to these younger generations having faith, understanding who Jesus is, and knowing who they are and what their lives mean according to God’s purpose and plan for their lives. From telling children’s sermons, talking with the children and youth after morning worship, and having special sessions with young adults to discuss life issues, he invests the time to teach, nurture, and guide the younger generations.
He received his B.A. degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut; Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from Princeton Theological Seminary in New Jersey; Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University in New York; M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Counseling from Montclair State University in New Jersey. He is a licensed associate counselor. He also serves as a men’s abuse intervention counselor at JBWS, Inc, and as an Adjunct Professor in the Counseling Department, Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey.
